Who is responsible for your data

This site is run and your data is processed by biznesam.ai. For any questions about your data, write to hello@biznesam.ai — I answer personally.

Data Collection

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

There are three places where data reaches me: the contact form, the newsletter (your email address; delivery via Resend) and the AI assessment (your answers and the result; Anthropic processes the text, Brevo holds the contact). The assessment does not ask for your name or phone. I do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track users. Plausible is fully GDPR compliant.

Cookies and browser storage

No cookies are used. Three technical markers are kept in your browser — whether you have already subscribed to the newsletter and whether you dismissed the pop-up, so it does not show again. They stay in your browser and are never sent to a server.
